Family Care
Our physicians are accepting patients across all ages. At Forest Lane Medical Clinic, we are pleased to offer full service medical care. Your Family Doctor will counsel you on prevention of illness, offer appropriate screening tests, send you for investigations, monitor your chronic medical conditions, diagnose your new illnesses, provide specialist referral when indicated, and treat your medical concerns.
Walk-In-Services

Please call 911 if you are having symptoms of a serious illness, such as a heart attack or stroke (chest pain, shortness of breath, or new onset of neurological symptoms). If you have an injury that would require immediate imaging, please go to the emergency room for assessment, as they will have on-site radiology services readily available.
