More About Forest Lane Medical Clinic

At Forest Lane Medical Clinic, we are pleased to offer same day appointments or walk-in medical care. You do not need to be a registered clinic patient in order to attend our clinic. We are a full service medical clinic. Once your medical issue has been assessed we will be able to assist you to find the most appropriate treatment.

Services Offered at our clinic include, but not limited to:

  • Renewing prescriptions for medication refills
  • Ordering medical imaging such as X-ray, ultrasound, MRI or CT scans
  • Ordering laboratory testing
  • Providing preventive care
  • Offering gynecological examination, including pap smear and breast examination
  • Providing counselling on contraceptive options, including insertion or removal of an Intrauterine Device (IUD)
  • Referral to a medical or surgical specialist
  • Work related injuries

We do not provide narcotic prescriptions to walk-in patients

Dr. Swapna Masurkar has 3 years’ post-graduation training in Anesthesia in 1995, she completed Family Medicine Residency Program at The University of Manitoba in 2002 and practicing in AB since then, She was nominated as Best Physician of the year 2021 . During these years of practice, Dr. Masurkar has come across hundreds of clients, especially with skin of color, seeking help with aesthetic skin concerns like wrinkles/fine lines, hyperpigmentation, skin tags and moles, acne scars, and dark circles. This motivated Dr. Masurkar to research deeper into the subject and attend numerous programs to gain deeper insight and knowledge into what instruments and products could help people with skin of color. She is treating skin conditions for last 10 years. 

Dr. Masurkar has special interest in anti-aging medicine and believes in a personalized, holistic and multi-pronged approach through the combined use of advanced lasers, radio-frequency machines, and injectable fillers in order to deliver natural and visible results.
